Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using (“the Site”) operated by VSA & the ultimate online singing course (“us”, “we”, or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.
Service difficulties, Feedback,Terms and Conditions.
Vox Singing Academy & the ultimate online singing course Clauses• Strictly no refunds are given for any classes, lessons, course or tuition•
Free trial period of the ultimate online singing course.
Cancel any time under five days and you will not be charged! After five days you’ll be automatically charged $29.95 per month until your subscription is cancelled.
ALL monthly, biannual and annual membership packages will automatically be charged and resubscribed onto the corresponding membership package after it has expired after every month, biannual or annual.
All subscription packages and courses are paid for in US dollars.
Unauthorised duplication or reproduction in any way, shape or form by students or any other persons, of scales, flyers, handouts, techniques, recordings, verbal examples or conversations provided to you in lessons by Vox Singing Academy & the ultimate online singing course is prohibited and a breach of copyright. All rights reserved.• Vox Singing Academy & the ultimate online singing course and its teachers will not be liable or responsible for any vocal related damage or other physical injuries by any person or student, whether at our studios or any private location.• Payment must be received 48 hours after reservation.• We only accept Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Direct Deposit & Credit Card payments.• All credit card payments will incur additional surcharge.
Vox Singing Academy is continually trying to innovate and improve customer service and satisfaction to provide the best singing tuition and service money can buy. Flexible Payment OptionsObligations undertaking our flexible payment option. Your obligations undertaking this agreement are:
• Notify us of any changes to your credit card information (eg: expiry date) within 5 business days of the next pre-authorised payment.• In case of a dishonoured or late payment, a $10 processing fee will apply. Our cancellation policy does apply if you wish to undertake this agreement.• Early Termination Charge (ETC) if you wish to cancel agreement.• Decline process on direct debits Payments:
1st Direct debit declined : $10 surcharge, 2nd Direct debit declined : $15 surcharge , 3rd Direct debit declined : $20 surcharge + and cancellation of all further direct debits.
Intellectual property.• The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by VSA & the ultimate online singing course and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Unauthorised duplication, use or reproduction in any way, shape provided to you on this website by Peter Vox or Vox Singing Academy is prohibited and a breach of copyright. All rights reserved.
Governing law.• This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The Australian Government without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.• Vox Singing Academy, the ultimate online singing course and its teachers will not be liable or responsible for any vocal related damage or other physical injuries by any person or student, whether at our studios or any private location.
